Raven Advisory Shooter Courses are built around a combat mindset and are designed to improve both speed and accuracy giving students the fundamental skills needed to deliver precision fire under stress.
All Raven Advisory Instructors are highly skilled retired Special Operations personnel from the US Army Special Forces, 1st SFOD-D, and Naval Special Warfare.

Here is some of our feedback:
“The magic is all the little drills are building to bigger drills. Culmination exercises really give us a measure of what we just worked on and the success becomes subconscious…the drills were expressed and demonstrated. There was a progression (crawl, walk, run). The instructors were knowledgeable but not arrogant. EVERYTHING we did over two days came to fruition (had to get it in) in the final Stress Shoot.”
“This course is a fantastic display of how reinforcing the fundamentals and developing these skills fosters a solid base for improved precision and speed. The instructors are undoubtedly some of the best I have had the opportunity to work with in over 18 years of law enforcement and military training. I would recommend this class as a regular tune up for shooters of all levels to hone skills and a focus on the basics that build a strong skill set.”

“First, thank you for hosting the course. It was a lot to cover in two days but the course was organized and flowed very well. The courses of fire were explained clearly and then demonstrated by the instructors. Most importantly the mindset behind the drills were explained which is very important as this is often overlooked by a lot of instructors. It is clear that the training centers around “gunfighting” and not just “shooting a gun”. The drills are challenging and we were encouraged to “run it until the wheels fall off” so we could see where our speed affected our accuracy. I left the range with a better understanding of the areas that I need to clean up. Most importantly the instructors were approachable and competent (sometimes you get one without the other). I truly look forward to attending another course from you guys.”
